This blog is something that I wrote when I worked in corporate.  Someone asked me to do a talk to their team about positivity.  They said they thought I could help them.  On the day I went to prepare my talk I was not in a good place.  I thought myself as a fraud.  Then something switched in me when I realised that ‘positive’ people are not always positive, it’s just they might have more tools that help shift them, or… allow themselves to feel ‘bad’.  It’s not about suppressing feelings but moving through them by either letting them pass with, or helping them pass.

I spent a lot of time in South Korea and the food quickly became my no.1 and still is!

Korean bibimbap:-

sticky rice, any combo of veg, special Korean sauce ordered online, minced meat if you wish, a raw fried egg and smash it all up together

The quadrants on the second photo are: poached egg on toast with salmon and hollandaise, home-made veggie curry. The picture of the book is there too. Hummus on pita or toast with Tabasco, and simply a croissant orange juice and a good coffee 🙂
