The purpose of a Terms and Conditions agreement is to prevent misunderstandings between us (Inspire - Rewire), and the consumer (you). The agreement covers

Terms of membership
Each member gain access to 8 classes per week that are all live
Access is via both private VIP Facebook (FB) group and the website portal for preference of platform only.
The same content is supplied on both platforms, however, there may be additional surprise lives or content from teachers posted into the group
The portal will systematically list all the content for quick and easy access
Videos will be either zoom, streamyard or directly into the group, depending on the content
These live videos will be available on replay and categorised into topics in the FB group and into each day of the week on the portal within 24 hours. They will then be replaced with a new video and all the previous versions will be uploaded into the ‘back catalogue’ of the portal weekly.
Members can post directly into the FB group. Please see rules below.
Once or twice a year you will be provided with 2 x 5 day free passes for friends. If they choose annual sign up, they will get another 1 week free 7 as part of their sign up. This will not be a free trial, this will simply be free days. Once they sign up to this, it will be their commitment to join based on already having a trial period.
You will then receive your reward for refer a friend, upon their sign up confirmation. Reward depends on type of membership sign up and offer occurring at the time
Intellectual Property
Videos are available on replay and are not downloadable. Access and videos must not be shared with anyone outside the membership
Any documents provided must not be shared or used for any other purpose
Any of the above is breech of copyright
payment agreements
For those who have signed up to an annual account, this is a contracted annual agreement of monthly payments and is binding
There is a one week free trial to ensure you are happy to go forward and once this period has ended, members are committed
Welcome packs will be sent after this trial period has ended
Annual memberships will be a rolling payment until the member cancels. Members can only cancel in the month prior to their annual subscription is due to be renewed and not a day over. Therefore it’s the responsibility of the member to make note of that date should they wish to cancel
In case of a payment default it is the member’s responsibility to correct the amount to ensure no charges are incurred
When a member joins through Paypal and there is a delay in accessing the membership, it is the responsibility of the member to contact Paypal and their bank to correct this. The contract begins at the sign up, and access will automatically be given on receipt of payment
Members will be provided with a discount code for online and offline events via a coupon code. We monitor each use of the code and this cannot be shared. Nor can it be used for a friend
Member conduct
This is a safe and private space for members to feel uplifted and motivated, share their questions and feelings. There must be none of:
Contacting members direct unless you feel there is a valid reason of support or mutual friendship building
Sales to other members. If you have a product or service, please contact us direct as we can arrange for you to give a talk or provide and offer to the whole group
Abuse or rudeness will not be tolerated. A difference of opinion is allowed of course but please be mindful of your words
Members self-responsibility
It is the responsibility of each member to keep teachers informed of any injury or barrier to movement. While none of the teachers can be held responsible for any injuries occurred, we can try to minimise if members:
Either fill in the form under ‘files’ in the group and under ‘introduction’ in the portal, or message us direct if you wish this to remain confidential hello@inspire-rewire.com and we will share this to the teachers
Ask for support if they need to learn ways to help themselves through injury or tension from a before or after a class
Speak to your doctor before approving to join classes, if appropriate
Learn to go at a pace that’s right for you, and listen to the body
