Whether you are looking for a

  • team-building/ engagement

  • unique hen do (Zen do!)

  • xmas do, then we can arrange a half-day, full-day or overnight retreat.

You can decide how much you want to involve or if you want us to take care of everything.

Option 1

Private Mini retreat block out. We could use our usual venue of Craxton Woods. This could be half or full day on a Sunday. Your party could then use the spa at our group rate and/or have a treatment or book an afternoon tea and even stay over as an option to make a full day of it. Half day would consist of 3 Hours Total 10-1pm. Content will depend on what your objectives are.

Option 2

Private venue - in this case, you will find a venue (cottage or house) that you would like to stay in as a private group, but that also has space for a group of 10-12 to do yoga (unless you prefer to pot out of a movement session). E.g. a conservatory or a large room where chairs can be pushed back. This can work out really special and private. You would then add on a half or full day session that we would charge separate to your accommodation costs. You can even advance it by hiring a chef. Fees would be similar to option 1 depending on location and travel time - when hiring group accommodation it can often be usually 2 or 3 nights minimum though

Private venue sessions can also have an add-on of offer 1:1 treatments available.

Option 3

Retreat Centre or private house (organised by us). We organise the whole thing as a specific private retreat for 10-12 people including the chef, space, rooms etc. This would come with a full agenda from morning to evening and the next morning too. We will use our usual retreat centre on a Thursday to a Friday for 1 night retreats or source somewhere that would be happy to host an overnight retreat on the weekend.

Private venue sessions can also have an add-on of offer 1:1 treatments available.

Content and topics can be discussed and additional session leaders can be pooled from our list of teachers and others if necessary.

A list of topics covered by Nic can be found here. In addition to the movement, mindfulness and meditation.
