Day 3 - Sinking into it

Remember! Go at your own pace.

You can stretch this over 2 weeks if you want. The main thing we are doing is journaling in our own way. Tasks and other bits are all suggestions, pointers and advice, so even if you feel you are 'behind', you are not.

TASK: Remember, these are all optional. All you need to do is journal once a day, and these are just to help you with that. We are moving into our drains and radiators task. This is something I come back to time and time again and it’s in my head regularly so it’s become part of me; the more authentic we become with ourselves the more things are revealed. The more we can feel more peaceful, more often.

#blogdrains Blog: Drains and Radiators

  • What makes you feel good and what or who makes you feel bad?

  • Circle the things that you know help you feel better but that you avoid doing!

  • Highlight everything that you can still do in lockdown

Markdown if it helped the intensity come down = (0/10). 0 being chill, 10 being stressed. Later we will look at how to let go and introduce things, and finally how to communicate change

If you want to, depending on your headspace right now, you could always implement 1 from each column rest of the course (7 days) or you could choose just 1 thing each day to try out and observe the impact 0/10

I chose a week of daily time-out for 30 mins alone, and no social media/ news

I’m really looking forward to seeing you this evening at 7:30pm for the live mini-workshop on ‘free writing’. This is an exercise I did in a workshop about 5 years ago and I found it very insightful. You’ll need your 3 highlighter pens if you have them. Don’t worry if you don’t. You can always catch this on replay later (see below).

Here’s the link to the replay:
