Day 1 - Why am i here?

Welcome! Here’s a little starter message until we meet tonight.

Start to have a think about why you wanted to join this, what you want to feel at the end, or any other goals you have in mind as these thoughts will begin our 10 day reset and first journaling entry today, before we meet together online this evening at 7pm (link below and on your agenda)

 

Everyone is different and looking for different things from this, hence it's a very unique experience for everyone in what journaling reveals.

Start to have a think about the below, I’d love to hear from you over email to learn a bit more about you.

1. what you hope to get out this and/or what drew you to the group

2. what your current living situation is (e.g.living alone, young family, running own business, 12 week 70yrs+, key worker, with a partner, part-time working, on leave etc.)

The mini EFT video coming tomorrow (Emotional Freedom Technique intro). Tomorrow we will officially start writing but why not have a go today?

Here's a little visual to show remind you of the 5 Principles of Yoga. You don't have to apply them all at once. For me, I use it as a goal to start with just one of them to break my inertia, or overwhelm, whichever I'm experiencing at the time.

I also use it to help me break any vicious cycle that I'm in. We only need to begin with one of them to break the cycle. I always encourage people to find the easiest one that they resonate with the most.

Here’s something that you might find useful. I’ll be sharing a few blogs here and there that are relevant but you can always access any of them any time here, They are all just additional reading and completely up to you if they piquet your interest or not
