This 5 day series will take place daily and cover a range of mindfulness exercises. Each session will begin at 8pm and last for half an hour and consists of a short introductory talk then a mindfulness practice.
Each day will be slightly different, following this schedule:
Day 1 - Mindfulness Meditation
Day 2 - Visualisation
Day 3 - Mantra
Day 4 - NLP
Day 5 - Gratitude & Affirmations
This 4 week series will take you through 4 different breathing (pranayama) techniques aimed to calm the mind, nervous system and body.
Classes will be relatively short with a brief introduction, followed by practically applying one of the breathing techniques. Finally we will melt into a meditation, leaving you with a deep relaxing sensation that will take you into sleep.
Towards the end of the session you can rise back to being awake, or drift straight off into sleep.
We are pleased to announce the NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) series which will showcase a powerful NLP technique every month.
This will be a live session that is recorded which will be available for you to buy. This will also include any related downloads.
