This 4 week series will take you through 4 different breathing (pranayama) techniques aimed to calm the mind, nervous system and body.
Classes will be relatively short with a brief introduction, followed by practically applying one of the breathing techniques. Finally we will melt into a meditation, leaving you with a deep relaxing sensation that will take you into sleep.
Towards the end of the session you can rise back to being awake, or drift straight off into sleep.
Sessions will be live at 8pm until 8:30pm. This will also include a pre-recorded video 45 minute webinar talking about the breath which is family friendly for children to watch.
Sessions will also be available on replay for the duration of the series of 4 weeks on facebook and on our website.
A bit about the leader - Nic Wagstaff, Founder of Inspire - Rewire
Nic's qualifications include Yoga Teacher, NLP Coach and Practioner, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Sound Healer to name a few.
I am an 'Anxiety, overwhelm and burnout coach, and global speaker' focusing on self-sabotage, which stems from not feeling good enough and pushing too hard.

I do this because I have been that high achiever, unstoppable superwoman and suffered the devastating consequences and am passionate about using my unique combination of skills; corporate background as Group Head of Learning and Development, well-being practitioner, and most importantly personal experience, to help reverse the growing trend of burnout and instead create more peace and balance in our lives.
