We are pleased to announce the NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) series which will showcase a powerful NLP technique every month.
This will be a live session that is recorded which will be available for you to buy. This will also include any related downloads.
These sessions are an evolutionary development from our long standing and popular 'monthly mindfulness' workshops where I shared a different technique, tip or way of thinking each month.
The NLP Power Hour sessions will be run on either a Saturday morning and/or weekday evening for 1 hour.

- meditation to end the session.

WHO ARE THESE CLASSES FOR?
1. These classes are suitable for those looking for practical approach to self development to truly make a difference to thoughts, feelings, behaviour and your life.
2. Those interested from a managerial approach to work with colleagues employees, and team members to either for communication purposes or to help more directly with others own development.
3. Its also great for well being practitioners who are interested in the benefit of the NLP modality to add some new approaches into their support kit or those running online well being groups that are looking for inspiration to share self help tools in their groups.
The very best way to teach is to explore something yourself first, apply it and then share - so these sessions will give you the opportunity to really apply the technique, not just learn it theoretically, with the opportunity to ask questions directly and in real-time, while we carry out the session.
MY TRAINING AND BACKGROUND (Nic Wagstaff - Inspire - Rewire owner)
I was trained in NLP on 2013 as a new manager for personal skills, managerial skills and also to develop myself as a coach. My trainer was one of the original students of the Brandler and Grinder lineage and he was amazing. He made NLP a real in depth experience with stories, cases and analogies which is how I also intend to teach.
I went on to go deeper into this subject when I trained as a hypnotherapist. The two techniques are often seen together. Hypnotherapy takes NLP even deeper into the subconscious.
Around that time I was working in corporate as Middle East and Africa Learning Centre Manager and Group Head of Learning and Development for two great companies while based in Dubai for 8 years. This cultural experience was the perfect stage for me to continue my learning and understanding of myself and others and applying what I had learned.
I went on to implement NLP into one of those business as a huge transformation strategy to develop a coaching culture within the organisation - from sales people up to top execs by equipping the HR team first with those skills. We then truly became a coaching organisation which is part of the 70:20:10 model of development. This means 10% is training 20% is coaching and support and 70% is real life application for truly effective learning. I'll be ensuring this applies to you in these sessions.
With 13 years of experience in training and learning as well as extensive TTT (Train the Trainer) background, this gives me the ability to transfer my knowledge of NLP across to you with all my passion, experience and LOTS of stories and examples.

NLP has so much to offer and teach. This month we will be looking at what we can do to gain rapport, what the eye positioning means when we look up, down, sideways etc.
