This 5 day series will take place daily and cover a range of mindfulness exercises. Each session will begin at 8pm and last for half an hour and consists of a short introductory talk then a mindfulness practice.
The talk will be rooted in hypnotherapy, NLP and yoga and then followed by a mindfulness and visualisation meditation. Each day of the week will be slightly different offering tools and techniques to find out what works best for you.
The aim of the sessions is to build self esteem, confidence and calmness as we transition back to normality, using meditation to remind you to keep the mindfulness you found in lockdown and remembering the quietness, calmness and pauses that you owe yourself.
The sessions will be available for play back until Sunday Friday 9th July unless you have a membership, where you will always have access. There will be a couple of videos available on the website for anyone to watch at their leisure.
Each day will be slightly different, following this schedule:
Day 1 - Mindfulness Meditation
Day 2 - Visualisation
Day 3 - Mantra
Day 4 - NLP
Day 5 - Gratitude & Affirmations
