I started delivering Mood Boost in 2020 for this reason and it continues to be a life-saver for many, as well as giving me motivation to get into my right head space first.

It's all in the tiny subtle shifts at first. In fact THIS is 'the work', and those shifts are gentle. You don't even realise that I'm taking you on a ride with me that you end up loving and leaning into with your own motivation and inspiration.

Trust me; I got your back.

How do I know this? Because I am YOU. I feel all those pain points, I feel the resistance and at the same time, the desire for change, and have found a process that works. It's slightly different each year just to give my dedicated participants some new insights, intel and also my own new personal experiences that I use as learning points, guidance and examples.

So... what is it and how does it work?

MOOD BOOST!

It's all about slowly getting your mojo back... with love and baby steps, among a like-minded community where you feel connected heard and understood. Above all? I think a community and facilitator brings accountability. We might know a lot of techniques but are we doing it? That's a whole other game. I, myself, often go on other people's challenges for myself personally and also new mind-hacks. Keeping connected is truly the magic, and I can't wait to work that magic with you!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It will consist of short lives almost every day. Previously I ran 1 hour webinars and after experiencing some longer sessions myself, as a participant, I figured that if I missed a day or 2 it felt difficult to find the time to catch up. After attending a course with a shorter duration I felt it much more doable, and that's what I'm all about. Making it flow!

These lives will be little nuggets of mindset tricks, examples, and other tips with a small and joyful task for that day where, if you share your tasks, you will be in with a chance to win one of our prizes which. Why do this? Maybe you already guessed it? It's for ACCOUNTABILITY. If I can encourage you to commit to yourself with prize bribes, then I'm all in! But also there's another reason... it's proven that if you write things down, they are more likely to feel tangible and real. Rather than abstract in your head. Thirdly - you never know who you might help when you share.

Sharing is of course optional however. The real prize is your personal transformation.

In addition to the lives, which will all be on replay until end of Feb, there will also be additional bonus videos and meditations.

This will be the flow:

Lives will generally be in the evening but the occasional day time to mix it up and to suit all but all will be on replay until end of Feb.

DAY 1

We will do a check-point on where we are currently. Whatever you feel, wherever you are, we always start by drawing a line in the sand.

DAY 2

We set our transformation statement

DAY 3

We will explore our limiting beliefs and potential sabotage! (those little pesky monkey minds of ours)

DAY 4

We will visualise a version of ourselves that we know is the real us based on my hypnotherapy and NLP techniques.

DAY 5 and 6

WHO AM I?

I am Nic Wagstaff, the Founder of Inspire - Rewire since 2015. I am an expert in burnout and I give go-getters like me, permission to press pause so that they can be everything they can be without constant set backs from overwhelm, anxiety or fatigue. I do this because I have been that high achiever, unstoppable superwoman and suffered the consequences of failing to ignore the signs. I am passionate about using my unique combination of skills; corporate background as Group Head of Learning and Development, my well-being practitioner training (Hypnotherapy, yoga, NLP and more), and most importantly, my deep personal understanding of the above to lead wellness events; retreats, festivals, workshops, online courses and our 'live' well-being club with daily doses of relaxation and motivation via our team of teachers on the same mission to help reverse the growing trend of burnout and instead create more peace and balance in our lives.
