Day 2 MOnday
Welcome to day 2. This morning we start with an early morning motivation followed by a yoga later on in the morning. Both videos will be available at the top of the page by the end of the day.
Morning motivation and Yoga with meditation
The Philosophy today is Introduction to Bhagavad Gita & Deities and this is posted at the bottom of this page
The Breath we will do today is ‘The Yogic Breath’. This consists of breathing into the belly so that the belly expands like a balloon on the inhale and deflates completely on the exhale. We will observe the ‘kumbhaka’ of the breath (the pause) after inhaling and after exhaling tomorrow).
I’m really happy to share with you the first of the philosophical videos. There are some recorded from various times over the years but the first one is very recent with my brand new camera and film set up! I hope you like it.
