  1. What has drawn you to this course?

  2. What are you feeling inside in your mind and emotions?

  3. Is this manifesting into anything physical? E.g. headache, tension, skin complaints, fatigue?

  4. What do you want to feel? (mind, body and soul)

It’s ok if you don’t yet know the answers, as this will be how we start each day
