We had amazing feedback from our last 10 Day Reset groups, and now we are launching our next theme! There is so much in the subject of yoga and I’m so happy to be sharing this with you. I was trained in Darjeeling, India and just fell in love with yoga philosophy. Probably because I’m a trained Hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coach and work a lot with the mind, but also as a Reiki Master I feel the connection between mind, body, and emotions. The yoga component of the course will be gentle and as a vehicle for to go deeper based on the philosophy and contemplation, leading us to our journaling.
In our current situation, it's a great opportunity for you to go inwards with our best support, self-care, and self-nurturing, based on the environment and situation we are all in currently.

These days we are all consumed by ‘noise’ - whether it’s environmental factors, work, home life or media of all kinds. Our monthly sessions allow that time-out and stillness to move beyond the choppy waves to the calmness underneath the surface.
There are no levels to our sessions, whether you are a complete beginner or would like to maintain or deepen your practice, you lead your own session.
Firstly, a note from Nic...
This private group has been built on my personal process that I undertake whenever I am feeling underwhelmed, or overwhelmed, or generally out of balance and feel I want a change. I might not know why or what that change is but I know I need to explore deeper inside myself to draw that out. That something is telling me I need to pause and listen.
This second theme came out of a need for my groups to want to explore the mind, body and soul element in their journaling. A powerful mix indeed!

What is Going Deeper with Yoga?
This is essentially a journalling process but with a lot of support, and guidance on the live version, with the recorded version also available at a cheaper cost. The objective of the course is to take you from a place of detachment of your body, mind and soul to a deep connection and self-awareness by going within following the philosophies and practice of gentle yoga, with nurturing facilitation and support both by Nic and the group community offering shared experiences and accountability to one another.
It is a 10-day course (group) and will require you to allocate between 1 to 2 hours per day (workshops and short gentle yoga classes), in order to get the most out of the course. We will be sharing various other links to access more time if you'd like to. It is a great opportunity to Pause, contemplate, reset and refocus, with expert guidance and support for you to explore a little deeper to bring you 'back to yourself'. See below for more details

Course Details:
The aim is for it to be a personal experience/adventure for each participant as you'll all have individual goals. So, we'll be working on a loose structure, which will evolve based on the outcomes from live sessions and journalling throughout the 10 days.

The live course is fairly regular so check under ‘online courses’ or you can purchase the Reset any time with the recorded content and have access.
The course is facilitated through our online portal but we often set up an optional 'Facebook' group for support.
