Daily Mindful Habits - Pressing Pause

Sometimes we know what we need to do, but for whatever reason we don't do it!! What's going on there! Join me live daily for two short bursts of calmness to help you get back on track, and come back to yourself; silence is loaded with answers.

What I have found is that long term success of any new habit is down to consistency, as well as picking yourself back up after a plateau or dip and carrying on until it's reinforced, and finally cemented.

However, it’s often harder on our own. Accountability to others is well documented on increasing our chances of success on changing our habits. This reset will kick off on the Sunday evening with an intro talk on meditation, mindfulness, difficulties, tips and the various techniques that we will be using, as well as Q & A.

The reset will involve us meeting for a short time twice every day.

The platform will be live on our website AND in the private and dedicated facebook group so that you can select whatever works best for you. We will have a mid-week evening catch up, short talk and Q & A and a closing session on the last day with our final gathering.

Firstly, a note from Nic...

This private group has been built on my personal process that I undertake whenever I am feeling underwhelmed, or overwhelmed,  or generally out of balance and feel I want a change.  I might not know why or what that change is but I know I need to explore deeper inside myself to draw that out. That something is telling me I need to pause and listen.

This second theme came out of a need for my groups to want to explore the mind, body and soul element in their journaling. A powerful mix indeed!

What i are Resets?

Over lockdown, at Inspire - Rewire, we have enjoyed delivering many 10 day resets which are available on replay.

They are all different;

1. 10 Day Reset - Mindset & perspective with exercises around different subjects and life coaching

2. 10 Day Reset - Deep yoga philosophy with daily gentle yoga, and lots of videos around Ayurveda, chakras, Bhagavad Gita and 8 limbs of yoga

3. This time we are going for a mindful theme of consistency and accountability in 'real time' with no additional exercises to do. It's simply just gathering to sit and showing up consistently (of course you may not be able to attend them all, but you'll be able to catch up). In this reset, we will be practicing various breath styles, NLP techniques , or movement, with a variety of mediation styles.

A perfect opportunity to engross yourself into mindfulness, meditation and learn a variety of techniques.

It will be a very simple daily habit building with a short morning and evening sessions. Every day 8am Every evening 8pm And on replay
