10 Day reset
The objective of the course is bring empowerment via a journey through the mind, with nurturing facilitation and support from Nic in daily journaling and activities. This one is rooted in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and most of all, personal experience, with real-life examples.
We touch on Toxic Friendships, our Drains & Radiators, tools and techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), yoga and meditation.
You will shift from a place of discomfort or unbalance to a place of empowerment, confidence and deep trust in yourself

These days we are all consumed by ‘noise’ - whether it’s environmental factors, work, home life, or media of all kinds. Not only that but we have underlying causes for our behaviours which we often choose not to look at for an ‘easy’ life. However, in these cases, there will always be a background hum in your life that will prevent you from living a truly satisfying life. Insomnia can be a vicious circle and sometimes it’s not as deep as that. Sometimes it’s just a pattern that got stuck and just needs rewiring. This course will help you to gain understanding on where you might be with yours.

What is the 10-Day Reset at Home?
This is essentially a journalling process but with a lot of support, and guidance. It is built on the Yogic 5 Principles; relaxation, thoughts, nutrition, exercise, and pranayama (breathing), as well as techniques with roots in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and most of all, personal experience, with real-life examples. The objective of the course is to take you from a place of discomfort or unbalance to a place of empowerment and peace via a journey through the mind, with nurturing facilitation and support both by Nic (based on her training as a hypnotherapist, NLP facilitator, life coach, and yoga teacher) and the group community offering shared experiences and accountability to one another.
Course Details:
The aim is for it to be a personal experience/adventure for each participant as you'll all have individual goals. So, we'll be working on a loose structure, which will evolve based on the outcomes from live sessions and journalling throughout the 10 days.
