10 day Reset Courses
These 10 Day Reset courses are essentially a journaling process with support and guidance. They were built on my own technique that I developed many years ago back when I was working in corporate and feeling lost, beginning my journey inwards towards wellness through self-development and self-care. I always know that no matter what, I feel different after these 10 days. That is truly an empowering and reassuring feeling. Mindset & Perspective
The objective of the course is bring empowerment via a journey through the mind, with nurturing facilitation and support from Nic in daily journaling and activities. This one is rooted in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and most of all, personal experience, with real-life examples.
We touch on Toxic Friendships, our Drains & Radiators, tools and techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), yoga and meditation. (£35)

Going Deeper with Yoga
We venture into the beautiful and wise world of Yoga. The Asanas (yoga postures) are just one part of this huge topic and I love to share the other bits! My passion is philosophy, so along with daily gentle healing yoga, there are yogic lessons covering - Ayurveda, the Chakras, Bhagavad Gita, Pranayama (breath work), and loads more! (£35)
You will shift from a place of detachment of your body, mind and soul to a deep connection with yourself, through self-awareness and an inner journey.
Daily Mindful Habits
This one has been built on my personal process that I undertake whenever I am feeling underwhelmed, or overwhelmed, or generally out of balance and feel I want a change. I might not know why or what that change is but I know I need to explore deeper inside myself to draw that out. That something is telling me I need to pause and listen. It’s daily mindful morning and evening pauses, each one is different to allow you to discover what works for you (£35)
You will shift from a place of confusion and despair, to one of being grounded, lighter, calm and confident
These are 10-day journal courses and will require you to allocate between 30m-1 hour per day in order to get the most out of the course. We will be sharing various other links to access more time if you'd like to. It is a great opportunity to pause, contemplate, reset and refocus, with expert guidance and support for you to explore a little deeper to bring you 'back to yourself'.
