Here’s a taster of what we do in the club…
weekly classes
Weekly evening classes will be Yoga, Tai-chi, Pilates or meditation, as well as showcasing a guest teacher and something a little different like belly dance, all available on replay for the whole week to attend live or at your leisure. These will all be accessible on a clear and easy hub without having to log onto zoom or similar or facbeook if you prefer.
mindset & guest experts
Over the years we have connected with many wonderful practitioners from CBT Practitioners to Monks, to Sound Healers, and Naturopathic Doctors. Guests will come in to share their expertise and Nic will also be sharing her motivations and mindset webinars on self-sabotage, anxiety and overwhelm, with interactive sessions and coffee mornings.

Making changes and being the best version of yourself is about rewiring self-sabotaging thoughts and smashing limiting beliefs. This is why we have 5 sessions per week to embed this whenever you need it - 3 morning sessions, 1 evening meditation and 1 affirmation fueled gentle evening yoga.

“I discovered the fabulous Nic and her various wonderful groups, videos and events some time ago. I've signed up to two bundles, the adrenal fatigue bundle and the Insomnia bundle, both have been invaluable.
