Adding in Hypnotherapy & NLP with Reiki Mastery this class brings a whole-body healing which is the very definition of yoga (the union of the mind, body and soul). Enjoy a short head massage with aromatherapy oils (optional) to help you relax into a long and peaceful guided meditation.
