Meditation tent
Total chill out - we have a marquee especially for classes positioned on the grassy area and in peace and calm, surrounded by fresh air and enjoying meditation, connecting back to you.
We will have 20-30 min drop-in classes running all day with a 15 minute changeover, so loads of opportunities for some ‘time-out’.
In addition, we have smaller bell tents for getting away from it all with no structure, just pillow and blankets with meditations you can listen to! Bliss.
Movement Tent
This space gives you the opportunity to practice and partake in wellness-based movement classes. Classes will be running throughout the day and will include; Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi & Belly Dancing. Classes can be booked on the day.
You can book one of these classes on the day and if we have a popular class we may take it outside, weather permitting!
Talks & Workshops
We have sessions on all day in 3 rooms.
In our main large hall we have space for 200 seats so everyone will get the chance to see every talk if they want! These are short talks of 45 mins -ranging from inspiring personal stories, to new health knowledge.
In smaller rooms for workshops, we have practical and more personal sessions for groups of 15 and our experiential room has 3 drop-in groups happening simultaneously - these allow for hands-on exploration of something new!
Treatments & Therapies
This is your opportunity to take some 1:1 support. Take a massage to ease your body and relax your mind, or chat with the ‘talking therapists’ such as CBT, Hypno, Counsellors, NLP Practitioners, to find out what kind of therapies are available, or even have an introductory session. We have energy healing and all sorts. We will be sharing more about individual practitioners each week!
Each type of therapy is in its own cluster in the therapy dedicated room, so you can easily access and approach the wonderful healers and in peace. We even have some dedicated smaller therapy rooms for privacy if preferred.
exhibitors & stalls
All the stalls have been hand-picked for their ethical approach and fit with the ‘Me-time’ brand. From finding that unique gift, to trying out new products that can help with anxiety or sleep.
We know that retail therapy can help at the right time! We like quality and quirky, as well as supportive new and interesting wellness products.
We will also have our own Inspire -Rewire table there for you to find out more about our retreats, events or working with us.
Like minded community
Balancing time with others and time with yourself is key to wellbeing. Being with others can be really rewarding and good for the soul. If you’ve found yourself feeling a pull towards making connections, why not have a look at what is there on the day - even better, why not join in?
We feel meeting regularly with groups whether friends or new people help to build confidence and give you an outlet for your favourite past-times, whether that is afternoon tea, exercise, crafts, hiking, travel, or reading, dancing etc.
