Want some company on your walk?

I started recording my walking meditations.

there are 6 so far, and counting all ranging from 5-15 mins.

  1. Anxiety

  2. Sadness

  3. Evening meanderings

  4. Morning crappy mood shift

  5. Get your shoes on

  6. A residential potter

 

Recently I have been getting a lot of joy out of walking - getting out the house and having head space to myself while exercising. This is how I take my walks:

  • I make a call to a friend

  • Silence or contemplation

  • I listen to an audible.

I found myself getting quite meditative and deep as I often get walking, with or without a companion, and so…

These are meanderings and also ways you can approach your walks.

They are raw (meaning you can hear my foot steps, what is happening around me and they are straight from my thoughts - which is my preferred way to work with intuitive meditation).
