After a lot of people enjoying the live meditations and looking for the next thing, I’ve decided to go ahead with the live yoga with meditation. So you can either join for the whole class or jump in at the end for the meditation!
It will be a gentle healing restorative yoga with the aim to relax your mind ready for meditation and/or sleep.
Easing out the kinks from the day and feeling lighter, more in balance and rejuvenated. I will mix in some positive hypno affirmations throughout for self-acceptance and healing and go with my intuition for the relaxing meditation at the end which is my usual style rated than a script.
That said, do send me your requests or what you’re wanting to feel as this could be your chance for it to make a bespoke class or meditation just for you, for free! :)
