We all need a little 'me-time' and immersion away from the noise! I plan to run a beautifully relaxing and yet empowering mini-retreat. Usually these are in-person but we are running an online version.
So join us to relax, rejuvenate and re-vibe. Deepen your personal mindfulness and yoga practice and rewire your perspective with a themed talk (based on NLP and Hypnotherapy) to aid your full, mind, body and soul experience.

The yoga in this retreat is very gentle and healing and so is perfect for absolute beginners and advanced yogini's looking for a slower, deeper and connected session.
Grab a blanket, some pillows, a cuppa and get really snuggly. Why not even bring some relaxing oils if you have them? I like to put some droplets on a tissue and sniff it from time to time.
