Snuggle in with a mat, blanket pillow and anything else that you like. Held at our usual mini retreat venue, Crabwall Manor, Chester.

We will enjoy a little om-ing and guided meditation, followed by a deep sound healing with a combination of the Native Indian Flute, Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes and Hapi drum.

When we give our heads something to else to focus on, other than the ‘noise’ inside of it, we reach a deeper meditation and healing.

All proceeds will go to Nightingale House Hospice as part of my fundraising for the Strictly Come Dancing competition I am part of.
