What is the Bundle all about?

This bundle has been developed based on facts around sleep; training in how the mind works, specifically in hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology and Yoga. Inspired by her own experience with insomnia Nicola will share a live 2-hour workshop and how grief, abusive relationships, trauma and being a new mum all played with her sleep in very different ways. She says,

Therefore, let’s look closer, let’’s look at possible causes, and experiment with some rewiring and techniques that can work for you.

A bit about insomnia

These days we are all consumed by ‘noise’ - whether it’s environmental factors, work, home life, or media of all kinds. Not only that but we have underlying causes for our behaviours which we often choose not to look at for an ‘easy’ life.

However, in these cases, there will always be a background hum in your life that will prevent you from living a truly satisfying life. Insomnia can be a vicious circle, but sometimes it’s not as deep as that. Sometimes it’s just a pattern that got stuck and just needs rewiring. This course will help you to gain understanding on where you might be with yours.

Course Details:

The aim for this workshop is to give you the understanding of how the mind and body work together, to look into the working of the mind and the brain but also in how the body can impact the mind. The patterns that we develop can get stuck and we just need to find our unique way to rewire them.
