Responsibility

This contract is made between the Entrant and Inspire-Rewire. If the Entrant is purchasing tickets for more than one person, on signing these terms and conditions that Entrant (person purchasing the ticket) is accepting the terms and condition for all ticket holders they have purchased tickets for. The Entrant takes responsibility for these ticket holders and accepts the terms and conditions on their behalf. Any disputes will need to be made through the Main Entrant (ticket purchaser).

Programme Changes

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the full, advertised facilitators and stalls are available on the day, the host reserves the right to change the published timetable and/or running times without notification. This includes, but is not limited to, advertised tutors, classes, workshops & speakers.

Tickets are for the Festival and not a specific tutor, class, workshop or speaker.  Full details regarding the workshops, talks, classes, and services will be provided online prior to the event but the absolute final will be revealed on the day with our printed agenda and map in our goodie bag.

Booking ‘Services’ on the Day

The festival ticket offers a wealth of opportunities for the guests and whilst every effort will be made to ensure good availability for all of the FREE ‘Services’, there is no guarantee that the Entrant will get the class they are looking for, but this is why popular topics will be placed in the hall which can hold the full number of guests attending the festival.

Experiential drop-in workshops do use materials and facilitators may leave a donation jar out to support that but is not compulsory.  Although there are many events scheduled throughout the day, we cannot determine how many will attend each one or where the popularity will be.  We will endeavour to determine closer to the time, which events are deemed as popular, which will help to decipher which room facilitators will be placed in.

Booking ‘Services’ will be made available on the day to make it accessible for those without internet access, or whom may need extra support, hence why we are also not providing VIP tickets - to ensure all have a fair opportunity.  Please note some ‘Services’ such as treatments, will be an additional cost to the festival ticket and payment will be made directly between the service provider and the customer.
